• Any refunds against the bill paid online will be subject to SGL refund and cancellation Policy. Refund or reversal against any duplicate bill paid online by consumer will be refunded or adjusted in next billing cycle at the discretion of SGL. SGL holds all the rights for modifying and taking bill related decision
